You may upgrade your Plan as often as you wish and at any time and there is no fee to return to the Plan you originally selected
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You may downgrade your Plan once a month, effective the start of the following month.
Will there be a change in hardware if I upgrade or downgrade?
Not at all, but specific hardware may depend on the upgrade or downgrade plan chosen.
