Qualification Highlights:

Responsible in the procedure on filing of SSS Sick and Maternity Benefits up to reimbursement
Ensure the qualified employee to be enrolled on Health Care Insurance
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records
Checking and validation of employees Daily time Record for payroll
Facilitates emergency procedures such as fire and earthquake drills and other awareness program ensuring the safety and health of employees
Take care of necessary DOLE and OSH reports pertaining to company injuries and accidents record
Carry out training needs assessment and other related activity
Coordination with Company Legal Counsel, when necessary for any impending or potential exposures and issues
Responsible in the planning and implementation of employee activities and programs to help enhance the physical, cultural, social and spiritual development of employees
Performs the role of a Data Privacy Office (DPO) who will be responsible for the overall management of data protection strategy and implementation as well as compliance with the Data Privacy Act
