Unified Communication Engineer for Automation and Administration
Qualification Highlights:
Good knowledge in IP networks and VoIP protocols (SIP). Must know how to read and troubleshoot SIP dialogs/transactions
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Network and System automation deployments using scripting languages in Python and PowerShell.
Knowledgeable in MS Teams user, dial-plan and routing rules provisioning using PowerShell and Regex.

Certified Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer and Audiocodes/any SBC products certification are highly desired.

Collaborates with the sales team by acting as technical experts in customer meetings and presentations
Determine the technical requirements to meet client requirements and act as intermediary between the organization’s sales and technical teams
Respond to requests for information or proposals supplying the technical details of proposed solutions
Coordinates the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation once contracts have been awarded
(1) Customer Service Support
Qualification Highlights:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Electronics and Communications Engineering or a combination of education and experience in the IT or Telecommunications Industry
Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within acceptable period with follow ups until resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Qualification Highlights:
Ensures the proper implementation of the Company Code of Conduct
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures and programs to engage and motivate employees for a more productive environment
Grievance handling and disciplinary actions and ensures due process if followed
Responsible in Job posting, initial interview and hiring process
Performs orientations, on-boarding and update records of new hire employees
Facilitates processing availment of various mandatory and company-extended benefits in order to ensure maximum delivery of benefits to all employees
Prepares monthly mandatory remittances in contribution and loan
Maintains record-keeping of voucher pertaining to SSS and Pag-Ibig employee loan
Responsible in the procedure on filing of SSS Sick and Maternity Benefits up to reimbursement
Ensure the qualified employee to be enrolled on Health Care Insurance
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records
Checking and validation of employees Daily time Record for payroll
Facilitates emergency procedures such as fire and earthquake drills and other awareness program ensuring the safety and health of employees
Take care of necessary DOLE and OSH reports pertaining to company injuries and accidents record
Carry out training needs assessment and other related activity
Coordination with Company Legal Counsel, when necessary for any impending or potential exposures and issues
Responsible in the planning and implementation of employee activities and programs to help enhance the physical, cultural, social and spiritual development of employees
Performs the role of a Data Privacy Office (DPO) who will be responsible for the overall management of data protection strategy and implementation as well as compliance with the Data Privacy Act
